The Public Preview option is not working for new posts. We utilize this feature to send preview links to sponsors so they can approve content before we publish. When will this be fixed?
If you’ve determined a fix can you please send us the code to update it on our end ASAP instead of waiting for a version of theme to come out.

Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme, newspaper 10.3 and if there is still a problem, please deactivate and delete the tagDiv Composer and reinstall it again from Newspaper> Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/SX2qddm.png

Public Preview is not working with your theme, Tried even after deactivated and deleted the plugins tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Social Counter.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

It’s opening single post template instead of the post

But the theme has its own function for this, make sure that in theme panel you have enable this option -> https://i.imgur.com/P8eAvq5.png and if you are using a single post template just make sure that you have set the single post views -> https://i.imgur.com/P8eAvq5.png this can be check with tagDiv Composer, also if you are using ache plugin, make sure that this option is enable -> https://i.imgur.com/3tQ5CTF.png
Also most probably external plugins will not work with cloud templates correctly only with standard post templates.

Sorry, I was thinking that you are referring to one of our theme functionality.
Unfortunately, Public Post Preview plugin is untested with our theme, therefore we can not say if this will work properly or not with our theme. Also most of these plugins can work with standard styles/templates but is very possible to not work with cloud templates.
