Since two days, I publish posts but they don’t appear in my Home…I can see them in Home when I’m logged in.
The visitors can’t see the new posts in the Home-page (but they can read them if I give them the “post/url”)
Someone can help me?

If you can see them and you visitors can’t it sounds like a caching issue. Most cache engines have the option to disable the cache for logged in users. My best guess (with the lack of information) is yo are using something like W3 Total Cache which has a configuration that needs to be selected to purge the home page when a post action is made.
