Pull quote error

When I use the [pull_quote_right] code in my posts, I seem to get two opening speech marks, as demonstrated in the image below. Any idea why this is and how it can be fixed? Thanks

i have tested on my computer the [pull_quote_right] and it works :

try to disable all the plugins to be sure that there is no conflict between the theme and the plugins.
if this doesn’t work try to update to the last version of the theme (currently 3.6). here is how to update : http://import.tagdiv.com/newspaper/doc/#howtoupdate
