Hi,
After you install the theme, you need to install the theme plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/zoFuMQ3.png and activate the theme after that you can install any demo you like -> https://i.imgur.com/Vq9BQwD.png -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-installing-demos/
