i installed the theme in and activated the Key, and after some time the website is not responding so i created a new instance in aws lightshell and deactivated the old Key
and trying to add a key in new site it was not working showing still loading

This issue can be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
