Put "comments" area above related posts

Hi,

How can I put the comments area above the related posts at the bottom of a post?

Hello,

You can only achieve this by altering the them files. Each post template has 2 files corresponding to it. You will have to move the comments code from one template file and move it below the related articles in the other template file.
Here is an example for the default template:
