Putting Latest Reviews in sidebar as per demo

Hi

I am trying to put my latest reviews in the sidebar, exactly as it is in the theme demo, but I cant seem to figure out how to do that.

Can someone give me a step by step please?

Hi,
We used there Block 2, add it from widgets and we have selected a category Reviews where we have reviews posts.
