When I bought it and unzipped the zip file came a patch_6.3.2_6.4 folder.
I have version 6.4 is it necessary to do something with the files in this folder?

Nope. You can ignore the patch files. Those are actually part of the larger folder, not part of the base theme folder.

Hello,
The patch is meant for updating from a previous version. If you already have the latest one you can ignore the files from the patch folder.
