Question about post format

I have only 2 post format http://www.screencast.com/t/jPFkCSYn

whene i use video format, featured image Disappear in the article, and stay only on homepage.

How to add new format, allow me to add featured image only on homepage? and remove it from post???

i hope you get the point.

i want add some artilces without featured image inside post, and images still appers on homepage only.

You can deactivate the feature image from theme panel > post settings: http://screencast.com/t/oo3JRXTAi By deactivating the indicated option the featured image won’t be displayed on posts, but will be displayed on pages.

i want disable it on Specific section, and in the same time still Shown the Thumbnails on homepage

This is a global settings and applies on all posts. To apply it only on some specif posts you’ll need to edit the function which generate the featured image for posts and add some additional conditions such that the image to be displayed only on desired posts: http://screencast.com/t/hgLBDXkR1Okh For example to display the featured image only if the post belongs to a specific category.
