Avoid bad request – p.e Pictures

Hi,

having problems with the “avoid bad request” from GTMetrix.

p.e I upload a picture- and then I delete it…

now GTMetrix says: THIS PICTURE is missing.

What can I do when I deleted the picture everywhere?

I mean, that would mean I will have this error the whole time because of a mistaken picture…. I also cannot replace it with a picture with the same name (to pretend to be the picture)

The pictures btw. weren’t included into an active article ect.

GTMetrix is always giving a link to the picture in the /upload/2014/08 folder for example:

hi,
when you upload an image, that image is cut into several new ones: http://screencast.com/t/eieCDkUFMa, maybe it does not delete the rest of them.

the image part (adding , editing, deleting) in entirely handled by wordpres.

I really do not know how it manages images. I need to know only how to get the images from wordpress and work with them.
