Questions and Problems for Post in homepage

hi, Guys. I am new here. need help.

Posts in homepage in default is like this:

But when I write new posts and then it will be like this:

how can my posts also like default that beautiful and tiny?
how can i hide the content of posts….

Hello,

This issue with the theme excerpts happens when you filter the excerpts by words and the language used does not use spacing between it’s characters to delimit words. The system will think the whole post content is 1 big word and it will show all of the content as it expects 12 words, or the limit you added to the excerpt. For this case in particular we added the filter by letters option: http://screencast.com/t/npDyO1OxXP
