I would be glad to get help concerning my two questions:
1) The TagDiv social counter does not work properly on my blog (or I make a mistake). But I inserted the link to my Youtube-Channel as told below, but nothing happens. The followers are not updated properly, it does not show any follower. So I have to update the number manually (as seen in the screenshot). I would be glad if you could help me.

2) When posting my website in social media such as Twitter, there is no symbol or graphic shown in my post. I cannot find the corresponding settings in the theme panel. Thank you for advice. An example can be seen in the screenshot.

Hi,
1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Newspaper theme, v10.3.1 also make sure that you have set the Youtube api key in theme panel, this should solve the problem.
2. In order to display the featured image on socials you need to use Yoast SEO plugin and make these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/kXE6wqR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Ydi97M1.png

The featured image on socials worked perfect, just as you told me.
The Youtube api key is not working yet. I fulfilled all the steps from the manual, but it is still not updating my social counter automatically but shows 0 followers. So I still put in the correct amount once a week.
When doing the steps – in step 2: must I type in “youtube.com” in location? Or the URL of my channel? I did not do that – so maybe, there is an error?

So in order to can display Youtobe data, you need to have set the YouTube api key in theme panel, after that you need to make sure that your channel or use have the number of subscribers and is a public channel -> https://i.imgur.com/pkmPVXw.png as I can see your’s not display the subscribers number -> https://i.imgur.com/7SegPG1.png, please make a test and use our channel or user to see if this is working or not.

Thank you very much for your help. It was the activation of the subscribers to be shown in the Youtube-Channel that made it work.
Finally it seems to be working – although the numbers of subscribers are not really live (is that normal, so the numbers are updated each day/week/month?).

The social counter should be updated once at 3 hours, but you need to remove the fix count, also in some cases with some cache plugins it can take some more time.
