Hi, I have this problem. In the last days the quotation marks I use in my posts (“) are converted to “<< >>”, as you can see in the pictures. ¿is it a settings problem? ¿is it a Theme problem? ¿What can I do?

This is not a problem of the theme.
Quotation marks are converted by WP engine.
For example read this: http://lexipixel.com/wordpress/content-management-systems-cms/wordpress/turn-off-wordpress-curly-quotes
Or search by Google about wptexturize function of WordPress.
