Hi there
My site has been randomly losing the CSS font family styling from the pages and posts for over a month now.
Sometime you go into a page or post and it looks fine because it’s using the default font. Other times it appears as a times new roman style font.
I had thought it may be because I wan’t running the most recent theme version but I have now upgraded to the current version and it’s still happening. I have deactivated new plugins and this has not helped.
Do you have any suggestions for how this could be fixed? It’s driving me crazy.
Many thanks
Hi,
I have checked you site on Chrome and Mozilla and did not found any issue with fonts. For example article title on modules/blocks – http://screencast.com/t/VKVF8FJ31 Do you mean that for all elements from the page you got font family changed? Please provide more details which browser do you use and where do you have this issue.
Thanks!
Thanks for your reply.
It is happening in both Firefox and IE.
It’s just the main body font but is only in the main pages and posts – it has never happened on the home page where the blocks are used, in the sidebar or in the footer.
It’s really random – yesterday it affected every page and post, today none. Sometimes it can come and go in the space of a few hours and sometimes it’s just a couple of posts while others show up fine.
When it’s happening, I have checked it on different computers with different IP addresses, both desktop and mobile versions, and they all show the same thing.
I can send you a screenshot if that helps…
Hi,
I can see on this post: http://wellnessatwork.com.au/7-positive-ways-to-handle-a-bad-day/ that the open sans font family is set but the font isn’t loaded in the page source so please go to theme panel, and re-set the fonts or just save them then check this again and let us know how it goes.
If this still happens please let us know and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access so we can have a closer look at this. Please also include a link to this tread into your message so we know who you are.
Thanks
