Rankings affected? Vulnerable Plugin: td-composer version 4.0 | built on 4/6/23

Hello,

I have been investigating why google rankings have dropped for https://cricblog.net, particularly for new articles. I have noticed this change since early April, around the time there was an alert regarding the td-composer plugin. Last week, I followed your instructions by deactivating, deleting the plugin (and clearing cache) and then reinstalling the plugin. However, the issue still persists, with URLs disappearing off Google after initially ranking.

Is there any assistance or insight you can provide as to whether this security issue may have affected rankings and what the fix may be?

Hi,

Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
There was no issue, there were issues with the plugin version only https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/jetpack-alert-about-td-composer-vulnerability/
