I tried to add RAW HTML in the header to add some customizations, but now I am unable to edit the header or any other template. TAGDIV Editor shows this error: https://snipboard.io/GTVz0B.jpg
So probably I need to remove that Raw HTML. How can I access that file? Please Help @ncalex.? I tried deleting and adding a new header template but looks like that RAW HTML is still in a theme folder or something. ?
You can recreate the issue: Add this ticker code in the header: https://www.tradingview.com/widget/ticker-tape/
It’s TradingView widget.
Then I deleted <span class=”blue-text”>Markets</span> by TradingView</div> just to check if it works. When u remove this line, it will show RAW HTML in the header instead of the ticker widget. I saved this, ticker was working and but now I am unable to edit the header or any other Template. ???

You left a div open because you deleted the wrong section.

@bettina, right, i left a div open. So how to restore the code. Can I do it from CPANEL? I didn’t find theme editor in WordPress. Please tell.?

Hello @nagarig!

You need to access the cloud template and edit the header. Copy the code, and you need to decode it: https://www.base64decode.org/
Delete the raw code from the header code and encode it again. Replace it in the header code, save, and see the results!

@bettina In case I mess things up more.. can we change the theme demo/ reinstall the whole theme? It will delete that RAW HTML or Now its SYNC with tagDiv Cloud??

You do not need to reinstall the theme. You should eliminate that raw HTML element, as I mentioned above. I’ve tested it on my end, and it is working well. If you want, I can help you via email.

@bettina: Ok, I copied that code, and after decoding, I am unable to find that “TradingView” widget. I read all lines, whole code. What I am missing/?

Hello @nagarig!

Copy and paste it in a text editor. Search for “raw” and you’ll find 2 results. Delete the entire code between [raw_html] and [raw_html].

@bettina, it is showing zero results for RAW word: https://snipboard.io/j3U7zR.jpg I searched Raw, [raw_html], TradingView, Widget.

My Steps: Templates > Header > Edit > Copy Code > Paste and decode code in that tool. Am I wrong???

It is impossible because you used that raw html element to add the code.
These steps are not wrong. Please make sure you searched from beginning of the code till the end.

@Bettina, just to make sure, I tried 4 times and its not showing what we are looking for.? Same like above screenshot.

@Bettina, as you said, it wasn’t working. So I reinstalled the theme. And I was asking that question in case something happens in future. So please tell:
if I change the theme demo/ reinstall the whole theme? It will delete that RAW HTML or Now its SYNC with tagDiv Cloud?? I am worried that it gets SYNC and attached to my profile.
I also noticed while reinstalling theme, raw tagdiv code is present there even if theme is deleted. So how to delete it just in case someone wants to delete?

Hello @nagarig!

If the Newspaper theme is not installed, then all the elements are not showing on your frontend, but the code remains there. Try to delete the entire code I said to copy from the header, save and see the results.
