How do I select a Raw html module that has one line of code and no text?

This is what I did and it’s messed up the page and I can’t select them to edit it back or delete them

I edited the page with WP Bakery and found the Raw HTML Entries, problem solved. Is it possible to put anchor links on the title modules? If so how?
