I am strugling to get my license to the actual live domain name. Support doesn’t understand what I report, so perhaps one of you can help me out on this. Currently my website is assigned to my develop location at mysite1.com. Everything is up and running so I want to re-assign to mysite.com .
In the template’s I get a message that I can re-assign only as from 27th May 2023. What is going on here?
In Newspaper -> My License -> Manage Your Domain I read ‘No domains associated with your license key’
In Newspaper -> System Status there is the registration key that I can reset (for what purpose)?
Support wrote that I can use 2 domain names: one for development and one for the actual live website, but sofar nothing of that shows up in any configuration setting.
