Read More intro text

I’m not sure if you have this already but on an old theme I have I can set the number of words for the intro text before the ‘read more’ universally. It looks like with this theme I have to add the ‘read more’ break on each post. Am I missing this and would it be added in the future? Fantastic theme by the way!

hi,
there is a default excerpt for the text, but you can individually set excerpt for each module: http://screencast.com/t/q7oGEBI2g
