You can enable this option on flex blocks like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/Qv6VnxrYjZn8 and from the Style tab you can customize it how you like.

In the flex bloxks 3 and 4 there is not read more button!
I want to create a grid post template with read more button..
so in the normal block there is not read more button?? how can I resolve?
