read more tag

Hello,

I want to use read more tag in long articles like here for instance: http://www.top-energy-news.de/pipeline-ticker/
but it does’t work with the Newsmag Theme und page builder. I tested different plugins without results. Do you know a solution that is working in your theme without problems.

Hi Josephine,

Unfortunately, the wp read more tag functionality isn’t working on newsmag theme just when used on modules like theme’s module 15: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/category/module-15-layout/ and in general it’s not working as you would want it, this functionality is used for excerpts mainly, you can check this on a default wp theme.

You can try use theme’s post pagination to setup this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-posts-with-pagination/ or use theme’s smart lists as well: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-smart-lists/
