Real Estate Plugin

I have been trying to install one of the most popular australian Real Estate Plugins, Easy Property Listings. Well, please have a look at the result:

I contacted the provider and after they had a look they informed me stating that your theme was NOT programmed in accordance with the WordPress Guidelines. So they refuse to help and support.

This is what they initially suggested to do:

Well, the part that I am supposed to adjust can NOT BE FOUND in your files.

Would be great to get your input as I need this plugin !
