Really Slow Back End and WordPress Warning

I’m having an issue in my WordPress dashboard with pages taking forever to open so I can edit them.

At the same time, I got an email from WordPress telling me there’s an issue with the Cloud Library Plugin as you can see here:

I’ve got newspaper theme on other installs and I don’t have this issue so can you help?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
