why this URL(/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?17) always loading on my website.can we remove this? because this URL hitting my server this causes my server load.

Hello !

The newspaper.woff file is the fonts that are loaded by the Newspaper Theme. You cannot remove that.
