I have one website where I just used Newspaper theme. But when I am trying to check the post from one Category that comes display perfect when I am logged in but when I am just loggedout that Post comes randomly. I need them all sorted by recent date for Logged in and Non Logged In.

Please try to clear all your cache and try again, is possible tat when you are logout to see the version of website from cache, not the current version ( when you are login the cache is not apply ).

Our theme do not have different settings for sort/filter if you are log-in/out.
Please provide some more details, some screenshots with the problem ( when you are login and logout), in this way I will be able to provide the right answer.

I think this can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate all plugins ( in special the cache plugin ), clear all cache and see if the problem is still there.
