Hi…

With the lazy load option there is this 2 seconds delay. Ho to reduce the time to 1 second or so?

Thanks!

Hi,

Do you refer to the interval waiting to initialize lazy load? Or time for image lazy load?

Thanks!

I mean…If I open the site it needs several seconds to show the actual image. That looks like my site is slow, but it’s only the lazy load feature that needs some time. A little speed up would be great.

Hi,

The limit of 2 sec is for loading all images, so if the time is exceeded the lazy animation effect is not applied anymore. The load depends of the server speed.
This waiting time (2 sec) has nothing to do with the animation.

Thanks!

I too have found a glitch regarding the lazy load of the images.
The images instantly show, then they fade out and fade in.

I believe that in the real estate of our browsers, the images should directly appear and then just lazy load as you scroll…

I think its annoying for the user to see the image for an instant, then disappear, and fade in with the effect.

Also, is this real lazy load? do the images indeed load as you scroll, or is it just a visuall effect?

EXAMPLE HERE

On the above example you see that I use lazy load. For an instant the images of the real esate of my browser appear on the screen, then diappear and reappear. Then when scrolling rest of the images fade in ok.

Thanks.

@neakriti – we released today version 6.1 that includes a new speed booster and this fix. Please update the plugin + the theme and it should fix the issue.
