Is there anyway, say a button that can be added, clicking which refreshes or reloads only that particular block? I basically want to have a block that shows random post, and an ability that it shows another random post when a reader clicks that button. Currently the entire page will need to refresh or reload if a new random page has to be shown.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such a block, sorry! If you want to have the random functionality you should simply choose this sort order from Block Settings. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
