Hello,
I am an existing tagdiv theme user, i have recently bought newspaper, and due to some major technical issue i requested a refund for my theme. The refund was approved by tagdiv which i am grateful for, but now i have fixed the issue and designed the theme as i wanted. I want to cancel my refund request and please let me know will i lose all my progress on theme or i will just loose the license. Can i cancel the refund ? Please help quickly.

Hello,
Once we have approved the refund, only Envato can cancel it, if they have not already approved the request.
So if you want to use the theme, you have to buy it again.
