How can I add page/post link to load more button. Also I need to change title for load more button.

Hi,
The load more button can be set on pages using tagDiv Composer -> http://prntscr.com/pva35v -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and screenshots.

actually I want to change “load more” title to “see more.” also I want to add custom url to load more button.

The “load more” button from classic blocks, you can translate it from theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/pvqv2y also on load more button from extra filter can not be add custom link, you can set a button and change on it the text and link -> http://prntscr.com/pvqwsf
