Hi, In one of my website i am getting Big grid full 1 to Big Grid Full 10 options for designing website blocks on homepage and other pages. But in my other website I am only getting Big grid flex option. I have added standard pack as well as tag div composer also. But could not figure our why I am not getting Big grid full 1 to Big Grid Full 10 options in 2nd website.

I recommend using flex blocks and big grid flex instead of the blocks from the standard pack. You can also create modules -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
From your screenshots, the tagdiv standard pack plugin seems not activated.
