Register Button is not appearing in header.

Hi,
The ‘Register’ button is not appearing in the Header Login element.” In Header, Login button only displayed. Please check it and let me know.

Hi,

You must have the option enabled “Anyone can register” box => https://www.screencast.com/t/CS3WbdwMR please go to Settings > General to have the register option.
