Hi,
May I ask why my register system cannot send email (i.e. containing password) to the subscribers?

WordPress issue, not theme issue. The theme does not send email.
You can search the issue online, but often the SMTP email plugin has helped a lot of people.
Basically your hosting setup isn’t allowing email to be sent via php form in WordPress.
