Bogdan – could you please be a little more specific on this topic. I am passing a client’s website onto the next admin and need to transfer the license to the client. After reading multiple forum topics it does not appear to me that they can use the license I purchased under my account. I can give it to them but there is no way for them to add it an Envato account?
Why would I need to reset the license if they are going to be using it? Can they open an Envato account and use this license or do they just need to purchase a new one?

Regarding the theme activation, you don’t need to reset it if you transfer the license. We have provided this option for users who change the domain, so they will be able to reset the theme on the old site.

I am having the same issue. For some reason I am new seeing popup messages asking me to register the theme, but I will end up changing the URL eventually to the client’s domain name. It seems that the best thing would be to wait, suffer the popup messages, and simply register the theme when the client receives the site. Am I wrong?
