I have installed another module for user management.
How can I change links on top menu ‘sign in / join’ section to use my forms?

You can create simple 301 redirects from one link to another by following this guide:

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to change the menu when you have logged-in and logged-out. Please notice that this is not a simple task and it is necessary to make some additional customization through code that involves custom work. Please notice that we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry!
