After registration, no email is being sent to the subscriber informing him/her about the password. What changes in settings are required to be done and where?

Mailchimp would be compatible with the theme, you could use that as a newsletter/subscription functionality on your website

There is a newsletter element in the tagDiv composer, in which you can enter newsletter codes, currently from only a few providers, however (Mailchimp works)

This element can only be placed on pages at the moment. For post sidebars, you can use a text widget and enter the form code in it.
The theme by itself has no email options, it does not have any settings for mailing confirmations or sending any emails to users. You will have to manage these either through the hosting if they provide such a service, or with a plugin

Catalin, where is this newsletter function? I’m searching in TagDiv and only result for “news” search is “news ticker”
