Previously, I have create a temporary website using Newspaper Theme in which I have also activated the theme with the registration key. Now, I wanted to use de-activate the website (delete the website) and activate the theme in my official website. Can you advice me on how I could de-activate the registration key from my previous website and activate it on my new website?

To use the same license key for another website, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website https://i.imgur.com/FcSzuAu.png and remove the theme (delete), in this way thy license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
