I created a website using this theme in wordpress yersterday. I had activated the theme using evanto purchase code in wordpress. But I deleted that website today. So now as the old website is deleted, can I use this theme for a new website that I am about to create.

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

I am a newbie. I installed the demo theme of Newspaper on WordPress. I haven’t even created or edited the homepage, no content was added. I realised that this theme was more suitable for my other website. So I uninstalled the theme from my current website. What’s the use if I bought the theme with a lot of enthusiasm and ended up using for 5-10 minutes. ??

I first installed the newspaper theme in a website http://www.abc.com (for example). In the theme dashboard, I got an alert to activate my theme using evanto purchase code and I did activate the theme using the code. Later after about 10 minutes, I realised that this theme was best suited for my other website http://www.xyz.com. So I uninstalled the theme from website http://www.abc.com . So is it ok now to install newspaper theme on http://www.xyz.com.

Yes, it’s possible but provided that the theme is disabled from the first domain and activate it to the other one. Notice that one license of the theme can be used only for one website.
