Hello wira,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are suing the JetPack plugin which contains the Related Modules. Please notice that this feature come from this module and not come from our theme. Please try to turn off it from the JetPack settings. The same thins you should do and for Social Buttons which come from another 3rd plugins which has this functionality. Also, we recommend using our theme only with the plugins that come bundled with our product and without using any untested plugins to rule out the conflicting plugins.
