I’m using Post setting (site wide) as Style 11 and all every post is using default type.
With this setting the related article is appearing on the top before the main post article . Why is this happening?
I’m also using WordPress Video Robot for CRON job. By default I’m downloading videos as wprv_video type and related post does not appear at all for these type of post (Video)
Hello skarki,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Post Template style 11. The related articles are displaying at the top page because this is the style for this kind of post template. So, if you want to change this style, you should edit the theme core files and move the related articles section at the bottom of your page. As a hint, you should edit the single_template_11.php core file like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yQA0MtyP Also, notice that the WP Video Robot plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this type of plugin, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
In order to resolve the issue with WP Video Robot plugin, is there anyway to change all the post_type as “wpvr_video” to post_type “post”?
I tried changing it for one wpvr_video post via phpmyadmin cPanel by writing a simple update SQL script but the the video did not appear even though the post type was changed.
I believe there is some dependency on video still being attached to the original post type. Is there a way to change that dependency as well and where is that dependency?
The reason I wanted to do this was I have over 1K video on my website and I don’t want to delete everything that I have and re-download again plus get hit by 404 page not found for all my previous post.
Hello skarki,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an easy option to make these changes, sorry! As you want to do, fits custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry! Also, the WP Video Robot plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this type of plugin and also, we cannot say for sue if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugin implementation.
So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
