Hi there,
I found related post section in theme panel BUT there is nothing happening on my screen. (newspaper 9)
Do I have to make any changes in the settings of WordPress itselves?
Hope somebody can help me!

You should be able to see the changes in the post pages, also make sure that you clear your cache:
