Unfortunately the related articles are not part of the post content so you cannot display it in the post content without custom modifications. I suggest to hire someone to do this for you as we cannot provide any type of custom work, sorry!
A solution is to create block with your specific settings(title, filter options, pagination..) and use the shortcode in inline ad section from Theme Panel as theme ad system was designed to display also shortcodes – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
