Is there any way to show a default image in Related Posts if there isn’t one? I was looked at td_module_related_posts.php and was thinking something could go there but wondering if I am missing functionality that is already there.

Please notice that the each thumbnail display a featured image which is set for that post, right? So, if the featured image is not set, you will get the empty placeholder which looks like this -> http://screencast.com/t/WDdGJQSqg Please notice that all you can do is to change that empty placeholder with the desired image and it will appear every time when you do not have the feature image. If you want to change this empty placeholder with yours desired image you will have to replace all of these images with this -> http://screencast.com/t/a697JG3cTc
