A new issue is there i am not using demo content but
When i add posts and see a single post it is showing only posts title without images .

the related posts are having no images .
And in default theme demo : http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/120-er-visits-linked-synthetic-wordpress-nyc-past-week/
you see in must read it is showing related posts with images .
Also how to make home page like this : http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/

How to do that in my current setup as i m only using default options of newspaper.

Just the revolution slider is not working please help when i add slides it says no slides added.

Glad you solved your images issue.
For the revolution slider, first thing to do is clear your cache. Then please check the settings of the slider you created http://screencast.com/t/sfsTgtO8T and maybe change the source type. The plugin has a lot of settings which if are not set right can cause errors.
