I have learned that internal linking is really helping website SEO. Is there a way I can auto link to posts in same category and it will be random posts per paragraph. If this is not available yet, I think having this added to the theme feature will be cool and can bring more sales. And if there is a way I can get this done apart from manual linking by myself kindly put me through.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to implement this option, sorry! If you want to add this feature, you should be an experimented users which have better coding skills to be able to implement this. Otherwise, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Another alternative for you would be to find some plugin which has this functionality and check how it will work with the theme.
I have added this task to our list of improvements but we cannot say for sure if it will be or not implemented because this is just the decision of our developers.
