Related work "by tag" does not seem to work

Newspaper 7.4

Related work “by tag” does not seem to work. When “tag” is selected rather than “category,” no box shows up.

Hello jauburn,

This type of error was solved in Newspaper 7.1. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear server cache and test it again and check the results.

I’m using 7.4. First time I tried to do this. Caches have been cleared multiple times. No CDN.
