I have a new release RC 11.4.1 in the “Update” section. Where can you find out what has changed? And is it worth it to install?

Hello @zatyshnyy!
The RC 11.4.1 allows us to easily upgrade for testing the next versions of Newspaper. But, when the final update will come, it will be without RC.
