Remove all from MegaMenu

Hi there,

I’m using Newspaper 8 with the MegaMenus on top so I can showoff all the subcategories of a chosen category. The problem is since I have too many subcategories, I don’t want the ‘subcategory’ all to appear there. Have anyone tried something like that?

Hello,

Yes we have but unfortunately you cannot remove the menu item. You can remove the word ‘all’ with the menu item corresponding to it, but the posts initially loaded will still show up. The mega menu was created to first load posts from the main menu category which means showing posts from all of the sub-categories in the first load.
This functionality cannot be overwritten except with custom work and coding skills. Unfortunately there is no simple solution we can provide in this regard.
