How is it possible to remove the author from a blog post page and in the section of next to the thumbnail on the homepage ?

All “admin” should be gone.

Hi,
That is the author name, if “admin” is the user who published the post then that will be displayed.
The author name can be disabled in all those locations if needed. For the author name in the post page and author box the settings are these
