remove banner and share social in new post

Hi,

That is the post sharing section, it can be disabled in the theme panel for top and bottom of the post page

That ad looks like the default ad. All ads can be managed in the Theme panel->Ads section. Remove all the demo ad codes from those sections and they will be removed.

i use post template 7, and i can not remove ads banner on post template 7 in my post

Regardless of post template the ads in the post content can be removed in the theme panel

If you are not reffering to post content ads, please provide some more details, a screenshot, or a link to the website so I can take a look at the ads you are referring to.
