1. In Opt-In Builder Subscriptions > Payments: All payment methods are disabled.
2. But in /tds-my-account/?account_details Billing Details form (below Account details) still exists.
– There is no need to collect Billing Details from a user, if no payment is required.
How to disable this form (not just hide via css)?
